That vision is now becoming a reality.
Construction is well underway on our first Plastic Repair Excellence & Collaboration Center in Dallas, with the facility on track for its official launch in September.
It will serve as a collaborative innovation hub where new ideas are developed, tested, validated and shared across the industry.
The Dallas Center will bring together multiple capabilities under one roof, including:
- Certified plastic repair production
- Technical & Operational training
- Talent development programs
- A dedicated content creation studio for digital training and industry education
- AI-powered Smart Repair Stations utilizing computer vision to support process verification, quality control and future automation
- Engineering and product development
- Testing and validation laboratory
- Additive manufacturing and 3D printing
- Research into new materials, repair methods and sustainability initiatives
- Live demonstrations, workshops and collaborative industry events
By combining these capabilities in a single location, the center will provide an environment where technicians can learn, engineers can innovate, products can be validated and partners can collaborate to continually improve plastic repair standards.

The facility will also act as the blueprint for future regional Plastic Repair Excellence Centers, supporting the rollout of standardized repair processes, certification, digital technologies and sustainable repair-first solutions across North America and beyond.
