After months of development with global collision partners and Plasnomic Council members, we are proud to introduce Plastic Repair Management (PRM) — the industry’s first dedicated platform designed to manage and track plastic repairs across the collision ecosystem.
The mobile and web-based platform, now available on iOS and Android, allows repair facilities to register plastic repair jobs, capture before and after repair images, document non-repairable components, and track repair versus replacement outcomes.
Supported by a centralized web management system, PRM enables repair auditing, technician support, and enterprise-level reporting, giving repair networks and insurance partners new visibility into repair adoption, workflow efficiency, and repair-first performance.
The platform is now entering its pilot phase, including deployment with CSN Italy as part of a standardized polypropylene bumper repair initiative across its repair network.
This release represents Phase 1 of the Plasnomic software roadmap, with Phase 2 launching in April, introducing plastic part certification, reconditioning workflows, and core management tools.
We believe this platform provides the digital foundation the industry has been missing for plastic repair.
