With over two decades of industry experience, Elizabeth brings a powerful combination of strategic leadership, vendor program development, and deep collision ecosystem expertise. Her work has consistently focused on improving financial performance, enhancing customer outcomes, and driving efficiencies through data-led decision making and strong industry partnerships.

Her leadership within collision repair networks—particularly in advancing sustainable practices and exploring the role of plastic repair—positions her as a key voice in shaping the next phase of industry transformation.
